Read the actual request before shopping
The pattern and fabric ideas here are starting points drawn from published walkthroughs, not the only possible solution. Follow the numbers and conditions shown in your current game. Style targets, colour rules and material requirements need separate checks.
A commission can demand more of one attribute and less of another. “Cute” on a fabric tag is not automatically helpful when the request caps Cute. Similarly, a material percentage is not the same thing as the number of panels made from it.
Use the dress notebook to keep your own brief and purchase list. If the garment looks finished but cannot be submitted, follow the construction and hand-in checklist before redesigning it.
