Can’t submit a commission?

Follow this order

1. Read the commission requirements again. Separate a failed requirement from a button that is absent even though the requirements look complete.
2. Review the entire pattern set and the mannequin. One overlooked piece can explain why a visually complete dress cannot be handed in.
3. If a piece was cut but is no longer available, save, quit normally and reopen the game. Recheck the available pieces before restarting the dress.
4. Finish any recovered piece and inspect the hand-in action again.
5. If nothing changes, record your commission name, pattern pieces and game build, then report the issue to the developers.

What the player reports actually show

The launch discussion contains more than one cause. One player found an overlooked cut, while several others said a reload made missing pieces available. Those are useful leads, not a promise that restarting the application fixes every blocked commission.

Avoid making a second major change while diagnosing the first. If you simultaneously redesign the garment, buy new fabric and reload, you lose the ability to tell which action mattered. Keep a screenshot before and after a single attempt.

Three colours count as two

In the same discussion, a player reported three apparent colours registering as two. Another suggested using the shop’s colour filters to check the categories. Start there: different-looking shades may not represent distinct categories in the requirement.

Change one suspect colour at a time and watch the requirement counter. We do not provide a supposedly guaranteed three-colour recipe, because the discussion does not establish one.

What Build 403 does and does not say

The patch covers lace tagging, the single keyhole bodice and commission payments, among other fixes. It does not explicitly claim to fix every missing hand-in button. Apply the current update, then follow the relevant construction checks.

When reporting the issue, include whether the piece was never cut, disappeared after cutting or cannot be sewn. That distinction gives the support team a much more useful starting point than “the dress is broken.”
